Objective → Habit → Practice.

An Objective is a trait you carry for life (Be Healthy, Grow as Engineer). It owns one or more Habits — disciplined repetitions with a frequency (Cardio Training 5×/week, React Mastery Daily). Each Habit owns one or more Practices — the concrete instance you actually start a timer on (Morning Run 30min, React Tutorial 1hr). Practices carry the energy type and the Nafs delta.
